Mammography Technologist (Per Diem)Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Mammography Technologist to join a highly respected outpatient imaging center in Burlingame, CA. This role provides weekday coverage (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM) for vacation and sick leave needs. You will join a dynamic Radiology Department offering advanced imaging services, including CT, MRI, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, PET, Ultrasound, X-ray, Bone Densitometry, and Mammography. The department is known for utilizing cutting-edge equipment and maintaining rigorous quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform screening and diagnostic mammography proceduresProduce ACR-quality diagnostic and screening imagesCoordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain quality control documentation and support equipment testingUtilize and adapt to RIS and PACS systemsParticipate in department performance improvement initiativesSupport training of students and newly hired staff when neededFloat to additional system locations as requiredScheduleMonday-Friday8:00 AM - 4:30 PMVariable hours based on coverage needsMust be flexible to work at multiple locations within the health systemRequired QualificationsGraduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology programARRT Mammography CertificationCRT Radiology LicenseCRT Mammography LicenseBLS (CPR) CertificationMinimum 3+ years of Mammography experience (Senior Level)5+ years of Mammography experience (Principal Level)Documentation of at least 40 hours of mammography-specific training (if certified after April 27, 1999)Proof of 200 mammography exams completed within the past 24 monthsMinimum 15 CEUs in Mammography within the past 36 monthsMQSA-approved training: 8 hours Digital + 8 hours 3D TomosynthesisRequired Skill SetDiagnostic and screening mammography expertiseStrong knowledge of MQSA and ACR compliance standardsExperience with RIS and PACS systemsAbility to maintain detailed quality control documentationStrong patient care and communication skillsWhy Burlingame, CA?
