Duties include supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of child development and possess excellent communication skills. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine love for children are essential. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
