Your first 90 days will be spent learning our sales process, building product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional customer experience as a Home Furnishing Consultant. Once you've built that foundation, you'll transition into the Selling Sales Manager role-leading from the floor, coaching your team, and driving results alongside them.

First 90 Days

• Master the Home Furnishing Consultant role and our proven sales process
• Build product knowledge and become confident helping customers find the right solutions
• Learn our customer experience standards and what drives success
• Build credibility with your future team by leading through example

After Your Training

• Lead side-by-side with your team to maximize every customer opportunity
• Coach in the moment-helping your team improve, close more sales, and grow their skills
• Drive key metrics including sales, close rate, and average ticket
• Lead engaging daily huddles that set the team up for success
• Step in to close deals and maintain sales momentum
• Ensure every customer has an outstanding, memorable experience

• Strong retail sales experience with a proven track record of results
• Natural leadership skills-you lead by example and others want to follow

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to lift, push, or move furniture up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working throughout the showroom and operational areas
