The Live! Casino & Hotel Management Development Program is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate interested in building a career in the hospitality entertainment and gaming industry. This unique opportunity provides the Hospitality Management Associate with exposure to a wide range of business and operational areas including Hotel Operations Food & Beverage Guest Services Marketing Human Resources Finance Entertainment Events & Conventions and more.

The Hospitality Management Associate will participate in the Live! Management Development Program (MDP) designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership opportunities within the organization. The MDP combines hands-on operational experience leadership development management coaching and business acumen training to create well-rounded hospitality leaders.

The Hospitality Management Associate will rotate through key operational and administrative departments across the property to gain a comprehensive understanding of how each area contributes to the overall guest experience and business success. Associates will collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization from frontline staff to executive leadership providing valuable insight into the diverse career paths available within the hospitality industry.

This immersive experience allows Associates to identify their strengths and interests while building the skills necessary to launch a rewarding management career with Live!

Responsibilities

Where Youll Make an Impact:

• Commit to the successful completion of all phases of the Management Development Program to be considered for future leadership opportunities within the company.
• Participate in rotational assignments across multiple hospitality and operational departments gaining a broad understanding of property operations and guest service excellence.
• Complete the Live! Leadership Development Curriculum in conjunction with departmental rotations.
• Demonstrate adaptability curiosity and a willingness to learn in a variety of business environments.
• Build strong relationships with team members and leaders across the organization to support operational success and professional development.
• As a 24/7 operation work a flexible schedule that may include days evenings weekends holidays and overnight shifts depending on rotational assignments.
• Master and uphold the Live! 5 Service Standards to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support operational initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction team member engagement and business performance.
• Foster memorable personalized experiences that create lasting impressions for guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Tourism Management Hotel & Restaurant Management Event Management or a related field preferred.
• Flexible working schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be open to relocation based on future open positions with the organization.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by theState Gaming Control Agency.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have upbeat outgoing and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work in a loud high-energy environment.
• Must be available to work all shifts; to include day swing weekdays weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
• Must be able to handle multi-tasking heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects.
• Must be able to bend stoop and squat.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.
• Ability to climb bend stretch twist or reach with your body and arms work under variable temperatures and noise levels.

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 300000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
• Exposed to alcohol cigarette and cigar smoke bright lights and loud noises.
• You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
