What You'll Be Doing:

• Meeting clients where they live — literally. Visit homeowners in person to walk through their flooring and design projects.
• Selling with the best tools in the business. Our tablet-based sales system and mobile showroom do the heavy lifting so you can focus on the conversation, not the paperwork.
• Owning the full client relationship — from first consultation to referral requests, you build the kind of trust that keeps customers (and their neighbors) coming back.
• Building your own pipeline. While we hand you a mobile showroom and a strong local reputation, top performers here don't just wait on leads — they network with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to self-generate new business and referral partnerships.  

Who Thrives Here:

• 2+ years of outside or in-home sales experience
• A competitive streak and the discipline to back it up
• Comfortable being the expert in someone's living room — confident, not pushy
• Sharp communicator who can build trust fast and close with integrity
• Organized, detail-driven, and self-motivated without a manager looking over your shoulder
• A natural networker who can turn realtors, builders, designers, and past customers into an ongoing referral engine — self-generated leads are part of how top earners here hit six figures
• Tech-comfortable (tablets and sales software are your daily tools)
• A valid driver's license and the flexibility to work evenings/weekends around client schedules
• Bonus points for flooring, construction, or design experience — not required, but welcomed

Compensation:

• Earning Potential: Strong base plus commission= $100,000+
