As Director of Nursing, you will lead all clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of care for residents while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.

• Oversee 24-hour nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Drive quality improvement and positive clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and families
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows
• Support admissions and census growth initiatives

• Active RN license (required)
• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, Unit Manager)
• 5+ years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Strong knowledge of survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Passion for resident-centered care and staff development
