Recovery Peer Specialist Community Outreach & Telehealth
Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc.
Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc. is seeking a Peer Professional to provide community-based recovery services for PARC Bronx/Queens and CORES participants.
You will offer CPST, PSR, FST and peer support, document interactions, and facilitate referrals to ROSC providers, both in person and via telehealth. The position requires CRPA certification or provisional status, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to travel within the catchment area, with some non-standard hours including evenings
