Lead - Phlebotomist

Location: Sugarland, TX Schedule: Monday – Friday, First Shift, Full-time (40 hours per week) Benefits Eligible: Yes Responsibilities Support the Phlebotomy Supervisor with departmental goals and objectives, including training and monitoring staff. Travel as needed to multiple phlebotomy worksite locations. Provide exceptional patient care and customer‑focused service. Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages. Collect and prepare non‑blood specimens. Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years. Previous phlebotomy training or experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing. Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
