Job Description

Ridgewood Manor, part of AOM family, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations for this Ohio-based skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate is hands-on, supportive, and committed to quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of the facility
• Lead department heads and support a culture of teamwork
• Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and state/federal regulations
• Maintain census, quality measures, and survey readiness
• Engage residents, families, and staff to strengthen community presence

Qualifications
• Active LNHA license
• Skilled nursing facility leadership experience required
• Strong financial, regulatory, and communication skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care and staff development
