Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust precision press brake machinery to form custom sheet metal components to exact specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job travelers to determine bend sequences and material dimensions.
- Select tooling, adjust machine parameters, and conduct inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Utilize material handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished components safely.
- Collaborate with welding and assembly teams to maintain an efficient manufacturing workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in setting up and operating press brakes or metal forming machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints accurately.
- Experience with material handling equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and consistent employment history.
- Must live within a 45-minute drive of Greater Green Bay, WI.
