Leasing Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Leasing Consultant will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and clearly communicate community features, pricing, and lease terms. Daily responsibilities include responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries, processing rental applications, preparing lease documents, and ensuring accurate lease administration in accordance with company policies. The role also involves supporting resident retention efforts by providing responsive customer service, addressing routine resident questions or concerns, and assisting with renewal conversations. The Leasing Consultant will help maintain an attractive leasing office and model units, support marketing and outreach efforts, and collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Qualifications Experience with leases and lease administration, including explaining lease terms, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with community policies. Strong customer service and resident retention skills, with a focus on building positive, long-term resident relationships. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, prospects, and team members. Previous leasing, property management, or related real estate experience preferred. Comfort using property management software, CRM tools, and standard office applications. Ability to work on-site, including some evenings or weekends as business needs require. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
