About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures – Texas**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Decatur, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day shift, Monday through Friday – no weekends or on-call required**Highlights:** - Work in a specialized 4-bed Interventional Radiology unit with one dedicated procedure room- Collaborate with a focused team including 2 RNs, 1 IR tech, and 1 Radiologist on day shift- Perform specialized procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, port placement, and permanent catheter placement- EMR system: Meditech- No floating to other units- Professional dress code with gray scrubs provided**Requirements:** - Active RN license in Texas or ability to obtain- Moderate sedation experience required (certification training available on-site if needed)- Interventional Radiology experience strongly preferred- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a procedural environment**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized Interventional Radiology setting with a predictable weekday schedule and no weekend or call requirements.
