- Perform general grounds maintenance, including weed eating and trimming
- Maintain outdoor areas to ensure cleanliness and visual appeal
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with additional maintenance tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Prior experience with weed-eating and trimming equipment required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Physically active role involving standing, walking, and repetitive motion
