Tier 2 Pet Escalations Specialist
Petco Animal Supplies
Petco is seeking a Tier 2 customer support specialist to handle escalated issues from Vetco Call Center, Petco Call Center, Field Operations and Pharmacy Partners. You will process prescription approvals, account maintenance and reimbursements, and resolve complex customer concerns via email, Salesforce and Pet Pass notes. You will support call center agents, identify trends, and collaborate with supervisors to improve customer experiences while maintaining high standards of service and #J-18808-Ljbffr Petco
