You will play a crucial role in enhancing section 508 accessibility of the current interface as well as redeveloping a new frontend to incorporate section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface. Role responsibilities include supporting a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished products. Collaborate with top tier teams to drive 508 accessibility of the current interface as well as redeveloping a new frontend to incorporate section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface.

What you'll need to succeed bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Front End Engineer Senior must have: Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Experience: 5+ years of related experience Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required US citizenship required Required technical skills include: Java 8+ Understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applications GWT Primefaces Quarkus Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Additional desired technical skills may include experience with: Proficiency with screen readers 508/WAI-ARIA knowledge Oracle Amazon Web Services (AWS) Agency reporting and dissemination tools Agency classification policies Working in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence
