Great Benefits Package Available Salary is $69,000- $80,000/year based on experience How you will make an impact: Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all residents through assessments and re-assessment, development and implementation of appropriate service plans and plans of care, monitoring resident services, supervision of staff, and ongoing staff training. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will also complete an initial, face-to-face comprehensive assessment of prospective/new residents and develop a proposed service plan. You will also conduct or delegate the completion of assessments as resident conditions change. You will also do staff education, case management, and have a dedicated patient load. Imagine the smiles on the faces of our residents when you help them achieve their best. Schedule: This is a Full-time position,Day hours 8am-5pm M-F with rotating days of on call.
