Our Guest Services Ambassadors (GSAs) are essential in creating best-in-class guest experiences—from the moment fans arrive to the moment they depart. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for every guest.If you’re ready to be part of an unforgettable event-day experience, apply today and join the excitement at Huntington Bank Field!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSGreeting and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.Understand and enforce all Huntington Bank Field policies and procedures.Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas and restrooms.Must be attentive to guests' needs, have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations.Report all incidents to Team Leaders.Thank guests for attending as they leave.QUALIFICATIONSExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindsetAbility to consistently present in a friendly, approachable and professional manor including a well-groomed appearance.Physically able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the venueComfortable working in all weather conditions including outdoorsReliable transportation to and from Huntington Bank FieldAvailability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, all full stadium events that include concerts, major special events and all Cleveland Browns home gamesAbility to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screeningMust be at least 18 years of agePERKS40% discount at the Browns Pro Shop within Huntington Bank Field (non-event days only)Preferred consideration for future employment opportunities within the Cleveland Browns organizationFree Event Day parking as well as free major event day meals are providedPerformance based incentive programsCOMPENSATIONPositions start at $16 per hour and vary throughout each event.
