Choice+ Flex Program - Surgical Tech

Overview Choice + Flex is Northside Hospital's clinical career program that offers the flexibility of an agency with the growth and advantages of working for Northside. Responsibilities The Surgical Technologist for Northside Hospital’s Choice + Program performs various tasks and duties to provide technical assistance and support to medical/surgical staff and personnel during surgical procedures. Qualifications REQUIRED 1. Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program or at least 5 years of experience in an OR setting working as a Surgical Technician or Surgical Technologist.
2. BLS
3. Must meet competency level requirements for the Choice+ Program. PREFERRED 1. Certification in Surgical Technology. 2. Surgical Technologist with one (1) or more years of experience.
