Vistex is growing and we are looking for Senior.NET Developer, who will lead the design and evolution of complex software systems, blending technical expertise with the art of programming. Operating with high autonomy, you'll influence architectural direction, mentor fellow developers, and contribute to cutting-edge technologies that redefine our client experiences

We are looking for a new colleague in Walldorf with over 6 years of experience in C#,.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core and is open to work on-site at least two days per week.

Responsibilities:

• leading technical analysis and architectural decisions to building scalable, secure.NET applications and RESTful services
• owning the full lifecycle of delivered solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and operational stability
• driving improvements to system architecture, coding standards, and engineering practices
• resolving complex and ambiguous technical problems across components and services
• coaching and mentoring mid-level and junior developers through structured feedback, pairing, and leading high-standard code reviews.
• conducting technical knowledge-sharing sessions and support team capability growth
• partnering with Product, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into robust solutions, supporting CI/CD and containerization practices
• contributing to technical strategy, design discussions, and solution brainstorming
• ensuring application performance, security, and operational stability

Education:

Required Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field.

Experience:

Required 6 years: Experience with C#,.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, OOP, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases Strong experience with Entity Framework Core and raw SQL optimization Practical experience with microservices architecture and Docker-based deployments Good knowledge of cloud platforms and hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
