The Sales Team Leader will combine people leadership, client service, and business development in a fully remote environment. You will coach and motivate a team while helping create a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture. Accountabilities

• Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, questions, and ongoing service needs.
• Work with qualified, company-provided leads to develop relationships and support business growth without relying on cold calling.
• Implement effective client-service and growth strategies while maintaining professionalism, accountability, and applicable standards.
• Use digital communication and collaboration tools to manage workflows, maintain productivity, and support remote team operations.
• Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented culture focused on exceptional client service and continuous improvement.

• Must be physically located within the United States.
