Inside Sales Customer Service Tech

Location: LNS Turbo Inc

Employment Type: Full-Time

Description: Summary Work on applications, troubleshooting service issues, and customer relations. Monitor outside sales teammate and work together creating adequate targets for sales gain. Work closely with Builders and Dealers to sell LNS ChipBlaster and gain market share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Prepare quotations for end users, dealers, and builders.

Conduct phone calls with Builders and Dealers on a regular basis promoting LNS ChipBlaster product line.

Take phone calls from End Users as needed to assist with applications.

Work in unison with Outside Sales and complete any follow up required.

Attend Trade Shows, Customer Open Houses, etc. as needed.

Review projects and quotes with National Product Manager in order to close more projects.

Submit ECN's to engineering for cost.

Log RGA's when a machine is being returned.

Record Demo Machines for returns.

Monitor Demo Machines at Customers.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: College degree or relevant two years' experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.

Mathematical Skills: Use math skills daily. Examples include, but are not limited to, calculating sales discounts and margins to determine sale price, discounts, and net price; calculating surface feet as well as cutting tool feed rates, and machining speeds for customers; quote calculations for quantity discounts; detailed spreadsheet calculations for compiling and analyzing data, etc.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software; Order processing systems and Microsoft products such as Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; plus, sales software such as Salesforce.
