Bell Audi is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression while providing exceptional customer service to everyone who visits or calls our dealership. Schedule Full Time Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Rotating Saturdays (with one weekday off each week) Hiring Immediately! Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls. Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Direct customers to the appropriate department and notify team members of arriving guests. Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service departments. Stock new and used vehicle inventory. Assign dealer plates to sales vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Work collaboratively with the dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Requirements Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
