Our client is a Mid-size CPA firm headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, actively seeking multiple Tax Seniors and Tax Supervisors to join their team on a 100% Remote schedule. Candidates must sit out of Colorado. The firm is scheduling interviews and making offers now with plans to start the individuals together as an incoming group in November. The firm is known for offering an exceptional work-life balance, remote work, limited regular and busy season hours (no more than 60 hours per week), no weekends, no travel, and unlimited PTO. There is significant room for career growth, with clear career paths toward Partner and a history of promoting Tax Seniors/Supervisors to Upper Management.
