Babysitter Needed for my Children

We might be looking for a unicorn but giving it a shot! We have a varied schedule being a first responder family. But we are looking for someone to work roughly 10-15 hours a week to take care of our two boys (almost 3 and 1 1/2). We also have another Baby due in December! We would need evening help from 3-7 on Mondays and Wednesdays as well as help on most Thursday and Friday mornings for at least 2-3 hours. Also would need to be comfortable w/ dogs! We are open to someone who can just do half the days if needed!
