A Cardiac-Neuro Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse position is available in Naperville, Illinois. This full-time role involves night shifts with a schedule of 12 hours per shift. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The organization is seeking experienced professionals with a background in ICU care and proficiency in EPIC charting.

Job Details:

• Location: Naperville, Illinois
• Shift: 12-hour Night shifts, Schedule consists of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Illinois License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, EPIC charting experience, 2+ years of strong ICU experience, and valid IL License verification
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Nurse to patient ratio is typically 1:2 or 2-3 depending on acuity. Orientation sessions are scheduled on Mondays, with a total of 12 hours of orientation paid and no billing. Credentials are due the Thursday before the start date. Orientation hours are 6 hours paid no bill. Submission requirements include an updated resume, skills checklist completed within 12 months, one reference completed within 12 months, and IL License verification.
