What You’ll Do

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles
Complete work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional service opportunities
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive technician experience preferred
Ford or Lincoln certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
