Job Title: Testing Technician
Location: Burlington, MA
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Job DescriptionThe Testing Technician will be responsible for performing testing and evaluations of Keurig brewing systems to support product quality, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform brewer performance testing, life testing, and other specified brewing system evaluations .
Execute testing protocols for new brewers and components in support of product development and continuous improvement programs.
Accurately record, organize, and maintain test data using computer spreadsheets and other appropriate documentation tools.
Analyze and report test results to management, highlighting any abnormal performance or quality issues.
Troubleshoot brewer performance issues and identify potential root causes based on test results and observed behavior.
Follow established testing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Provide training and guidance to new permanent and temporary personnel on proper brewer testing techniques, methods, and data-recording requirements.
Maintain accurate testing documentation and ensure results are clearly communicated to relevant teams.
