Job Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Systems Administrator for a contract opportunity in Waukesha, WI. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners. Technical Support & Service Delivery Respond to service requests and incidents via phone, in person, or electronically in a timely manner Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues (e.g., printers, scanners) Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktop systems and applications Support software deployment and updates across user environments Escalate complex issues and track resolutions through an IT service management system Communicate status updates clearly with end users, team members, and vendors Customer Support & Training Provide guidance, training, and technical instruction to end users Deliver a high-quality customer service experience with clear communication Prioritize and manage multiple requests based on urgency and impact Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions Contribute to and update internal knowledgebase articles and user documentation Assist in developing procedures, standards, and communication templates Asset & Lifecycle Management Support IT asset tracking, inventory management, and equipment lifecycle processes Perform equipment setup, relocation, and decommissioning Assist with procurement coordination and reporting related to hardware and software assets Base range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
