Position Summary The Bell Attendant at Hotel Arya is often the first and last impression every guest takes with them. We are seeking a warm, energetic, and service-oriented hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering seamless, five‑star arrivals and departures. This role plays a critical part in the guest experience by assisting with luggage, providing property and local area information, coordinating guest requests, and maintaining a welcoming lobby presence. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and thrives in a guest‑facing environment where attention to detail and responsiveness are essential. What You'll Do Guest Arrivals & Departures Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional welcome Assist guests with luggage handling, transport, and delivery to guest rooms Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel amenities and services Coordinate luggage retrieval and transportation during guest departures Concierge & Guest Support Provide recommendations for local dining, attractions, entertainment, and transportation Assist with transportation arrangements including taxis, rideshares, and vehicle storage coordination Communicate guest requests and special needs to appropriate hotel departments Lobby & Guest Services Maintain a polished, professional appearance and visible presence in the lobby Ensure entrance and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming Proactively assist guests who may need directions, information, or support Package & Mail Handling Receive, log, and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries Maintain accurate records of all received and delivered items Team Collaboration Work closely with front desk, housekeeping, and valet teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Assist other front‑of‑house team members during busy periods and special events Participate in team meetings and communicate guest feedback to supervisors Required Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift luggage throughout the shift Excellent verbal communication skills in English Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Familiarity with the Miami area, local attractions, and transportation options Valid driver's license preferred Preferred Qualifications Spanish language fluency Experience working in a luxury hotel or boutique hospitality setting Prior concierge, bell services, valet, or guest services experience Knowledge of local tourism, restaurants, and entertainment venues Compensation, Benefits & More Compensation $13.00 per hour plus tips On‑Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $27,040+ annually plus tips Benefits Health insurance available after 90 days of employment 120 hours of PTO accrued during the first year Complimentary employee parking at Hotel Arya Employee cafeteria lunch provided Additional Perks Performance‑based incentives Career growth opportunities within Hotel Arya and Miami Vacation Rentals Collaborative and team‑focused work environment Schedule Full‑time Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Location On‑site in Miami, Florida (33131) #J-18808-Ljbffr
