Dental Assistant

Job Overview Sparta Networking is seeking experienced Dental Assistants for flexible assignments with busy dental practices in and around Fort Worth, Texas. Opportunities may include per diem shifts, short-term coverage, and ongoing assignments. This role is ideal for dependable Dental Assistants who can quickly join a clinical team and help provide an organized, positive patient experience. What You'll Do

- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments
- Assist dentists chairside during procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Clean and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Assist with impressions and general clinical duties
- Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
- At least 6 months of Dental Assistant experience
- Dental radiography certification or registration as required in Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Dependable and comfortable working in a busy dental office
- Starting at $22 per hour, based on experience
- Flexible scheduling
- Per diem, short-term, and ongoing assignments
- Weekly pay
