O.R. Sales Associate - Grand Junction, COLocation: CO, US Job Family: Sales Country/Region: United StatesThe Sales Associate nurtures existing accounts, reports sales forecasts and works closely with the assigned Regenerative Surgical Specialist (RSS) in a corresponding assigned Territory (the "Territory"). Daily tasks include calling on medical facilities. The Sales Associate is a part of the sales team and reports directly to the assigned Regional Director (RD). This is a salaried role with either commission or MBO as additional compensation.Major Areas of Accountability:Closely work and partner with the Regenerative Surgical Specialist on designated medical facilities to sell KerecisWork varied hours including weekends as needed to see physicians or case coverageCold call on identified accounts/physicians to introduce Kerecis, deliver promotional materials and collect contact informationNurture and grow existing business in the specified territorySell and manage revenues consistent with targets given by KerecisWork with the RSS to assess customer needs along with timely follow upAssist with educational in-service, lunch and dinner events for training as necessaryReport sales forecasts to the RSSCase coverage in operating roomMeet/have call with the RSS weekly to determine specific actionable items for the weekClosely follow market; advise Kerecis on local market developmentsUpdate Kerecis' CRM System weekly with all account activities performedPerform all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the terms of Kerecis' Employee HandbookKerecis employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.Other job duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required1-3 years of Business-to-Business sales experienceBase Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
