Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary Food Service Supervisor – Full Time, First Shift. The Hospital Food Service Unit is responsible for providing nutritious meals for patients, visitors, and staff. The unit plans, prepares, and delivers meals that meet dietary guidelines and medical needs, while maintaining food safety and hygiene. The supervisor manages cafeteria operations and catering services for hospital events. Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, train, and counsel employees. Assist in maintaining and improving standards of food preparation and service. Ensure high standards of safety and sanitation. Perform cleaning tasks and maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all food service areas. Ensure general duties are performed in assigned areas to provide high‑quality customer service. Maintain direct contact with employees and visitors. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
