Part-Time, 15-30 hours per week due to fluctuating call volumes.Training RequirementsOrientation: Thursday, December 30, 2026Training Schedule:Week 1 - Monday, January 4, 2027 - Friday, January 8, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM ESTWeek 2 - Monday, January 11, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM ESTFull attendance is mandatory.Availability RequirementsOur contact center operates 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, 7 days per week. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including:EveningsWeekendsHolidays during the contract periodThis position is not suitable for candidates seeking daytime-only, fixed Monday-Friday schedules, or those who require extended time off during the peak summer season.Please note: There are peak periods during our busy season when time-off requests may be limited. Due to business needs, employees are expected to be available to work their maximum scheduled hours throughout July and the first week of August.
