The LANG Team of Pillar to Post is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Inspector to join our team in Upland. You will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions by thoroughly assessing residential properties and providing comprehensive home inspection reports. We need a home inspector immediately to plug into our busy schedule. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and some commercial properties including the structure, roof, plumbing, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, and more. Perform pool inspections, sewer scopes, and mold assessments as needed. Prepare detailed and easy-to-understand inspection reports for clients. Communicate findings and answer clients’ questions during or after inspections. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards. Use specialized tools and technology to accurately assess property conditions. Requirements Previous experience as a home inspector is MANDATORY. Certified inspector through ASHI, CREIA, or NACHI. Strong knowledge of residential construction, systems, and safety standards. Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Availability Monday through Saturday to perform home inspections. Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
