Moffitt Cancer Center at Speros (MAS), will be a 91,000 square-feet full-service outpatient facility and 26,000 square-feet Proton Therapy Center designed and equipped to provide the same level of cancer care we provide at our main hospital. Part Time- 8-4:30pmNo Weekends No Holidays!!The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:Medical and Hematology oncology experience as a registered nurseOutpatient clinic experience as a registered nurseAdministering IV fluids, IV antibiotics, Chemotherapy, Blood, PlateletsAccessing ports and changing central line dressingsChemotherapy CertificationCredentials and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Science of NursingIn lieu of Bachelors, an Associate's degree in Nursing plus 1 year of relevant experience may be consideredRegistered Nurse (RN) RN-Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of FL, or a valid Multi-State privilege to practice in FL (must declare FL as primary State of residence within 60 days from date of hire if licensed in another eNLC compact state with multi-state privileges)Basic Life Support (BLS)Responsibilities:Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate the care of cancer patients and families.
