HVAC - Install Technician

(You will be servicing customers in Cookeville and the surrounding area - while reporting to team training in our Nashville location) What You’ll Do Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs. Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance. Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep our operations tight and keep you on the move. Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves. Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience. EPA Universal 608 Certification. Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
