We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with strong Texas law expertise to join our on-site team. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation setting and enjoys working closely with attorneys and team members in-office. What You’ll Do Lead & Support the Team Supervise, train, and mentor junior paralegals Ensure high-quality, consistent work across the team Discovery & Case Strategy Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch Develop case-specific legal strategies based on facts and law Legal Drafting Prepare petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts Draft motions, including motions to compel Jury Charge Development Create precise jury charges to guide case strategy Align discovery and pleadings with key legal elements Evidence & Case Management Review and analyze discovery, medical records, and case evidence Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and strategically aligned Trial Preparation Prepare detailed trial binders and support attorneys during trial Coordinate and organize all necessary trial materials Deadline Management Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings What We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years as a Litigation Paralegal Strong background in Texas Plaintiff Personal Injury law Expertise: Proven ability to independently handle discovery and legal drafting Experience developing case strategies from the ground up Skills: Exceptional drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases Leadership: Ability to train, guide, and support junior team members On-Site Commitment: Comfortable working in an in-office, team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
