About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Supply Chain to provide enterprise leadership across all procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, material logistics, fleet, and supply chain activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating a multi-year capital plan into secured, on-time, and cost-effective supply, while also embedding AI and data-driven decision-making. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in large-scale capital procurement, particularly in a regulated, capital-intensive environment. Key responsibilities include capital program execution, strategic sourcing, setting supply chain strategy, and ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards. The SVP will also be tasked with driving performance through the deployment of advanced technologies, including AI, and managing supplier partnerships to optimize the supply chain. Candidates for the SVP, Supply Chain position at the company should have a background in leading enterprise procurement and logistics, with expertise in strategic sourcing, category strategy, and supplier management. Experience in navigating tariffs, geopolitical risk, and global commodity volatility is essential. The role requires a leader who can shape enterprise strategy, inspire and influence at all levels, and drive performance and accountability. Familiarity with safety-critical supply chains and a heightened regulatory environment is preferred.
