• Heparin drip experience - [preferred]
• BLS from AHA- [required] [document]
• Iowa/ compact license
• Epic experience - [required]
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
• Driver’s License – [required] [document]
  No Locals within 50 miles
