Immediate Opening : Schedule : 8 hours per day (4-hour morning shift and 4-hour evening shift)

Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking for consistent hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact? CareOne Senior Care is seeking a male caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in West Bloomfield . This position offers a reliable schedule in a supportive home environment where you can build a strong relationship with your client while delivering high-quality, person-centered care. The client has dementia and requires standby assistance, incontinence and toileting support, bathing assistance as needed, dressing assistance, redirection, and encouragement during meals. He lives at home with his wife, a retired nurse, and both have a history of falls. There are no pets in the home.

• Competitive pay: $14–$17 per hour (specialty cases up to $20 per hour)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Support clients with dementia and memory care needs

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding encouragement

• Complete light housekeeping and laundry

• Assist with safe transfers using proper techniques (training provided)

• Promote client safety, dignity, and independence

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and current vehicle registration

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, professional, and compassionate

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one during the hiring process
