RDA offers an exciting opportunity to join our cutting-edge team and work on local projects and high-profile projects that will reshape our communities. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Department: Transportation Location: Fredericksburg, VA Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 / year What You'll Be Doing: Tackle challenging design tasks for VDOT, local municipalities, and private clients Gain hands-on experience and develop your skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals Contribute to impactful projects that improve transportation infrastructure and enhance safety What You'll Bring: B.S. in Civil Engineering is required Registration as an E.I.T. is a plus, but not required 2 to 4 years of experience in transportation engineering design Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong written and oral communication skills A keen ability to apply standard engineering methods while thinking critically about design challenges.
