Customer Service Representative

As the Customer Service Representative, you will ensure external customer and internal peer satisfaction by providing efficient support relative to all aspects of order management. You will be a bridge between our company and its customers, ensuring the customer needs are met and encouraging long-term loyalty.

You will report to Sr. Supervisor, Customer Service and work a hybrid schedule based at the Cleveland, OH plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficient and accurate input of customer orders sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers, including late order tracking.
• Update daily priority list, customer and product file maintenance.
• Work with Planning, Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure shipments and manage inventory
• Collaborate with supervisor to help resolve issues and implement corrective action plans where needed.
• Build relationships with main partners for each assigned customer.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred; Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute.
• 2 or more years of experience in a high volume, complex customer service environment required (non-retail or call center).
• Experience managing a high volume of order data daily with low error rate.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting and responding to customer requests with enthusiasm and customer-focused professionalism.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, administrative, and follow up abilities.
• Thrives in a team environment as well as completing tasks independently.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 USD, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 4.5% of base salary.
