The Role - What You'll Do
As a Field Representative, you're the  most important part of our team because you're representing our company in the community. So as the face of the company, you will be talking to homeowners to educate them on the variety of products we offer and identifying qualified leads for our closers.

• Own Your Territory: Learn to manage yourself and your assigned territory just as you would a business.
• Build Relationships: Engage face-to-face, not behind a screen or a phone.
• Structure your conversations: Build strong communication skills that will benefit you in any career!
