What You’ll Do

• Own the restaurant by driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Set the guest experience standard through fast, friendly service and thoughtful issue resolution
• Build and develop leaders by hiring, coaching, and supporting management and hourly teams
• Protect the brand and performance by managing labor, inventory, compliance, and local engagement

What You’ll Bring

 

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred)
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of P&L management and the drivers of restaurant profitability
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
• Strong guest service instincts and problem-solving ability
• Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and lead in a fast-paced environment
