Events Coordinator

The opportunity
This is an entry-level, on-site position that coordinates marketing initiatives while helping plan and execute live, customer-facing events. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

In-person environment: This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

What you’ll be doing

· Manage campaign and event schedules and materials

· Support onsite event logistics and attendee engagement

· Represent the organization in face-to-face interactions

· Track activity, feedback, and event/campaign results

What helps you succeed: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
