A global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced operations professional to support international business activities and cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions. This individual will serve as a key resource for worldwide operational programs, working closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and regional partners to ensure processes, governance, and execution standards are maintained.

This is a hybrid position located in the Dallas area, requiring regular onsite presence.

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support international operational programs and processes
• Provide guidance on regulatory and procedural requirements impacting cross-border business activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive consistency, risk mitigation, and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with external logistics and operational partners to support business objectives
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics related to operational effectiveness
• Support governance activities, audits, reviews, and documentation efforts
• Contribute to inventory-related initiatives including accuracy, planning, optimization, and process compliance
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts across supply chain and operational functions
