Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is onsite in the Lewisville and The Colony areas, starting August 2026 and running through May 2027, with full-time positions available for those eager to contribute throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Willingness to work onsite at assigned school locations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and related service providers

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students with speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to student needs across various grade levels
  • Consult and collaborate with educational staff and parents regarding students’ progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to compliance standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
