Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 9 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Missouri Health Care and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Missouri Health Care.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - Will accept first-time travelers; 1 year experience OK.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. - Teaching hospital experience is preferred. - LTAC Experience preferred

Special Requests: - Clinicians who live within 51-75 miles from the facility will be considered local.

Unit Details: - Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. - Post operative orthopaedic cases, trauma, ortho spine, medicine, plastics.

Shift & Scheduling: - Must work at least 50% of weekends and holidays during the contract. - Call required.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
