Location: Blue Ash, OH Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Until Finished)

High school diploma or GED required

Associate degree in a science-related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required

Food manufacturing or food handling experience preferred

Basic computer skills required

Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections and analysis of raw materials and finished products
• Support food safety programs, allergen control, and traceability/recall processes
• Conduct line audits and monitor compliance with quality and food safety procedures
• Review ingredient storage, rotation, and material usage in the warehouse
• Complete sensory evaluations on raw materials and finished products
• Investigate and help resolve quality or food safety concerns
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and quality program maintenance
• Maintain accurate records and communicate findings to management
