Loan Forgiveness Available
Seeking a BE/BC, Fellowship-trained Shoulder and Elbow Orthopedic Surgeon to step into a busy, high-volume practice. With an established patient panel and a large volume of shoulder arthroplasties, you will be walking into a robust practice with a strong referral network. This is predominantly a shoulder and elbow practice, with the opportunity to perform 125-150 total shoulder replacements annually and 400 cases per year overall. Easy access to Milwaukee and Madison.
Practice details include:
- $726,210 Two-Year Guaranteed Salary with production pay once the guarantee is exceeded
- Call Schedule: 1:9 Light call schedule for work-life balance
- State-of-the-Art Facility: Large ASC, advanced imaging, in-office fluoroscopy, and short-stay inpatient recovery suites
- Join a department with Fellowship-trained colleagues in Trauma, Hand, Foot & Ankle, Sports Medicine, Pediatrics, and Total Joint Specialists
- Efficient Operations: Double rooms available for efficient surgeons; most cases are performed in the outpatient surgery center
